You agree to provide accurate information in any submission and to submit only information you are authorized to provide. The estimate request form is delivered by a third-party provider and is additionally subject to that provider's terms.

Purchasers should consult the manufacturer's current documentation. Any warranty extended by Randy House Home Repairs with respect to workmanship is separate and is set forth in the applicable written estimate or invoice.
Randy House Home Repairs maintains the licensing and insurance described on the Site. Current documentation is available upon request prior to commencement of work. Certain trades, including electrical and plumbing work, require separate licensure; where a project requires such work, the customer will be advised accordingly.
You may access, view, and print the content of the Site, and share links to it, for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute Site content for use elsewhere; employ automated means to access, scrape, or index the Site other than as permitted by standard search engine operation; interfere with the operation or security of the Site; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date above indicates when they were last revised, and the version posted at the time of your use governs that use. Continued use of the Site following any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
