This Privacy Policy describes how Randy House Home Repairs (“Randy House Home Repairs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the website at randyhousehomerepairs.com (the “Site”) and the services offered through it.

This Policy applies to information collected through the Site, through communications initiated from it, and through the advertising lead forms described in Section 2.4. It does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including the providers identified in Section 4.
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
2.1 Information you provide. The Site includes an estimate request form. Information submitted through that form typically includes your name, telephone number, email address, the address of the relevant property, and a description of the work requested. You may also elect to consent to receive text messages regarding your request. Submission of the form is voluntary, and the same information may instead be provided by telephone or email.
2.2 Information collected automatically. The Site does not employ analytics software, advertising technology, social media tracking pixels, or comparable measurement tools. We do not maintain server-side logs of visitor activity beyond those generated by our hosting provider in the ordinary course.
2.3 Information collected by third parties. Certain resources used by the Site are delivered from third-party servers. When your browser requests those resources, the relevant provider necessarily receives your IP address, user-agent string, and the address of the requesting page. This occurs as a technical consequence of how the Site is delivered. We do not receive or have access to that information.
2.4 Information submitted through advertising lead forms. We place advertisements on Facebook and Instagram, which are operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”). Certain of those advertisements include a lead form that is displayed and hosted by Meta rather than by the Site. Information submitted through such a form typically includes your name, telephone number, email address, and a description of the work requested. Meta may pre-fill certain fields using information from your account, which you may review and amend before submitting. Submission is voluntary, and the same information may instead be provided by telephone or email.
Telephone numbers and email addresses displayed on the Site are standard links that open your own device applications. No information is transmitted unless and until you elect to send it. Communications made by telephone, text message, or email are carried and retained by your telecommunications carrier or email provider in accordance with their own terms and policies. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages.
Certain functions of the Site are performed by third-party service providers engaged by Randy House Home Repairs. These include providers of web font delivery, image and video hosting, script library delivery, and the hosting and processing of the estimate request form.
Providers in the first three categories receive only the technical information described in Section 2.3, as a necessary consequence of delivering the requested resource. The provider that hosts the estimate request form additionally receives the contents of any submission and processes that information on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.
Meta hosts the advertising lead forms described in Section 2.4 and receives the contents of any submission made through them. Meta processes that information under its own terms and data policy, which we do not control. Submissions are delivered to us and to the provider that processes estimate request form submissions, and are thereafter handled in the same manner as information submitted through the Site.
Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy and terms, which we do not control. The identity of the providers currently engaged is available on request using the contact details in Section 14. Blocking third-party resources at the browser or network level will not prevent the Site from functioning.
We do not set cookies, and we do not write to browser local storage or session storage.
The embedded estimate request form uses cookies set by the provider that delivers it, for purposes including form functionality and session continuity. That provider administers its own cookie notice and consent mechanism where one is required. Those cookies are set only if the page containing the form is loaded.
Information obtained through the Site is used to respond to inquiries, prepare and deliver estimates, perform requested services, maintain records of work performed and agreements reached, and comply with applicable legal and tax obligations.
We do not use personal information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not use it to deliver targeted advertising. The advertisements described in Section 2.4 are directed by general geographic and age criteria. Meta determines who is shown those advertisements using its own data and systems, under its own policies.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may disclose information: (a) to service providers and suppliers to the extent necessary to perform requested work, including the provision of delivery addresses and job specifications; (b) to licensed trades where a project requires work outside our scope; (c) where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or other legal process; and (d) where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including the performance of services, the administration of warranties, and compliance with legal, accounting, and tax requirements. Information no longer required for those purposes is deleted or de-identified.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of information we are not otherwise required to retain. Requests may be submitted using the contact details in Section 14 and will be addressed within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Residents of certain jurisdictions may have additional rights under state or national data protection legislation. Where such rights apply, they will be honored in accordance with the relevant statute.
The Site does not track users across third-party websites or over time, and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Where the provider of the embedded estimate form responds to such signals, that response is administered by the provider.
The Site is directed to a general adult audience and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, it will be deleted.
The Site does not maintain a database of visitor information. Submissions made through the estimate request form and through advertising lead forms are held by the relevant providers and by Randy House Home Repairs using commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Sensitive information, including payment card numbers and government identification numbers, should not be transmitted by text message or email; we will not request such information through those channels.
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. Material changes, including the introduction of analytics or any additional collection mechanism, will be reflected here and the effective date above will be revised before the change takes effect.
